Don't bother paying the high price

I wanted to get something special that would appeal to my techie partner who does the majority of the toasting, so I splurged and was really pleased with how swish it looks. But it does not appeal to the technically minded - the controls do not remember the last setting you used, are unreliable to the touch and there are not enough gradations of toasting so number one sometimes burns your piece of bread. Rubbish. If it didn't look good, it wouldn't even get two stars. So disapponted. Utter waste of money.
