don't don't don't!

cannot tell you how useless this cleaner is! worked well for a week then the filter kept clogging and therefore didn't pick up at all. contacted russell hobbs direct who didn't sound suprised and they sent me a replacement filter. all well and good for a week then the same problem all over again! and the noise it makes is incredibly loud, like a jet engine. have now returned the item and ordered an electrolux instead. please do not waste your money or time by ordering this cleaner!

Shame we cannot rate this product with no stars!!! It is absolutely USELESS !!! The filter gets clotted every 3 minutes and NO! I am not exaggerating! Dont waste your money and go for another vaccumer cleaner as this one does not do the job it is supposed to.There is a big design mistakes..you wonder if they tested it before putting this vaccum on sale! they should recall tehm all and stop the sells

This was the biggest mistake of my life, i bought this vac from sainsbury as it was half price and i thought huh a 2000 watt vac for that little money booya , but i was wrong the vac sounded like a jet engine (which tbh i thought was kind of, cool) but a few weeks later when the filter was clogged and lost all it's suction power so i changed the filter and it was fine for a while and after that i decided to clean the filter using a tooth brush every couple of weeks and it was fine but 6 months down the line i plugged it one day and before i knew it the vac was crackling and then died. and since i lost the receipt and was silly enough to not register it i can't get no replacement. after all the the only advice i could give stay as far away from this as possible.
