Excellent purchase

After reviewing many vacuum cleaners, I opted for the Russel & Hobbs.. It's very lightweight with excellent suction. My only drawback was that it was missing the silver filter on the front of the cleaner. I contacted Russel & Hobbs, who were somewhat abrupt and told me as I had purchased the cleaner from Amazon I would have to contact them.As always, Amazon provide excellent customer service and are now in the process in sending me a whole new replacement.This product is really impressive, however I'm not so impressed in the incompentency of Russel & Hobbs by packaging the necessary components. Very frustrating!
